I was locked out of my home and saw the google reviews. I should have checked yelp as my experience was more in line with the reviews there. The technician was prompt and got me into my home in less than 5 minutes at approximately 8:30 pm. However, the pricing--wow. The service fee was $25. The fee to unlock my door knob (no deadbolt) was $110, and, wait, there's more, a $5 fee to pay using a method other than cash. For those seeking to use this company for a similar service at a similar time of day, be very wary of the pricing.

I called Goldie Locks for a re-key on 3 doors and asked for an "all in price." I was quoted a per lock price of $25. When Benjamin arrived the price increased because one of the doors was "an old lock" and he added an additional labor fee. Benjamin is professional and punctual but make no mistake...his objective is to maximize his fee with any excuse he can come up with. He knows that you don't want to deal with the hassle of calling another locksmith, so you're likely to accept his "explanations" for the price increase. Benjamin was here for a total of 45 min. As noted in previous reviews, he will ask you to sign a blank invoice (which I did not do). I would not recommend Goldie Locks.
